Larry Redhouse-jazz pianist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, Native American dancer and flautist


         Born in Monterey, CA., August 9th 1959, Larry is the youngest of six siblings, all of whom are exceptional musicians. He has been playing jazz piano for over 30 years.
         Larry has also played the timbales, latin percussion, and trumpet. These musical influences can be felt and heard in his horn-like linear piano solo lines and impeccable sense of implied time.
         By maintaining emphasis on improvisation and composition over the years, it is evident Larry's artform has become mature and focused.  
         Mr. Redhouse and his trio have played at concerts featuring such jazz greats as pianist Chick Corea, trumpeter Terence Blanchard and saxophonist Donald Harrison and trio has performed in Washington DC. at The Kennedy Center's famed Jazz Club to wonderful reviews.
         Like these uncompromising artists, Larry's interpretations of jazz classics and direction in original compositions always shares his unique and gifted understanding of life's song.
